I was a 151kg, 19 year old when I first met Christophe. I was incompetent and obese with little goals and ambitions. Christophe helped me change my life dramatically he trained me 5 days a week and wrote me dietary plans. I listened to Christophe and locked in a goal to be at a normal weight, it took 8 months of courage, commitment and Christophe’s knowledge and I lost a total of 64kg which changed my life around, I was no longer at risk of having heart disease, high blood pressure or obesity related illnesses. I would also go on to live a healthier and longer life. I am now a 23 year old that has the world in my hands. I wake up every morning and I feel like a new person, I train 6 days a week and I am constantly eating healthy. I also now have a new career path, I went from a warehouse manager to now being a personal trainer with my own company.

I consider myself quite a fit person as I’m very much into cycling, but I’m useless in the gym! I mix my cycling regime with one weight training session with Christophe per week to help tone my body and develop more upper body strength which in turn helps my cycling (especially mountain biking) immensely.
